Runner up finalists for UK Country Group of the Year 2020 & 2021, (UK Country Radio.com) Bristol based Hicktown Breakout play original country inspired music with an upbeat rocky edge.
- In 2019, the band’s self-titled debut EP reached number 36 in the UK Album Charts and number 3 in the iTunes UK Country Chart.
- In 2021 Hicktown Breakout released their follow-up EP titled ‘Lost Myself’ which again achieved high charting positions in the UK and Europe.
- The latest single ‘Born To Be Free’ was released in March 2022.
The band has made appearances on many radio stations including BBC Radio & BBC Live Lounge’ and has just completed a summer season of UK festival gigs.
On this live performance, Hicktown Breakout play 7 of their original songs and 3 country rock covers penned by country rock gods, Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton and Darius Rucker.
